Behind the Scenes – what has President Andy Reynolds been up to?

Operational Improvements for 2025

I recently returned from my fifth annual Profit Builder workshop with Tony Bass in Atlanta. This intensive three-day session focuses on building our annual budget and identifying efficiency improvements that directly benefit our clients. While examining every expense and operational detail, we discover ways to deliver superior service at competitive rates.

Through this annual financial deep-dive, we’ve implemented several key improvements:
  • Streamlined morning routines that get crews to your property faster
  • Precise time management for each service we provide
  • Efficient fuel management systems
  • Enhanced training programs that balance speed with quality

For 2025, we’re investing in enclosed trucks with attached storage and on-site fueling systems – improvements that will help us serve you more efficiently while maintaining our high standards.

Beyond the numbers, each year I gain valuable insights about business excellence. For us, the emphasis on proactive communication and being the ‘eyes and ears’ of our clients’ properties has transformed how we serve you.

Here’s a thought to consider: How deeply are your business’s core values woven into your daily operations? At Perimeter, when faced with decisions, we return to our fundamental values – safety, attention to detail, and communication. These aren’t just words on a wall; they’re the framework that guides every choice we make, including our budget decisions.

Over the years, we’ve continuously refined our operations, measuring against these core values while seeking ways to improve efficiency. The work is never done, but each day brings us closer to our ultimate goal: offering the landscaping service at the best possible rates.

We’re committed to this journey of improvement – not just for our team, but for every property and client we serve. After all, that’s what trusted partnerships are all about.
