Andy’s Story
Like many great American businesses, ours started as a side hustle. In college, Andy Reynolds picked up a mower and a mission—to do better. With zero capital, no business plan, and not a single SOP in sight, he worked from sunup to sundown, chasing the dream of something bigger. What started as a hustle has grown into a team of trained professionals committed to consistency, communication, and craft.
But real transformation came when Andy realized grit wasn’t enough. The game-changer? Systems. Inspired by The E-Myth for Landscape Contractors, Andy overhauled the business from the ground up—implementing real systems, refining processes, and partnering with industry experts like Tony Bass. That reset turned Perimeter from a good landscaping business into one built for long-term excellence.
