You pay less because we invest in better equipment.
Perimeter Landscape utilizes SuperLawn Trucks. These big trucks, designed for specifically for professional landscaping companies, allow our crews to do 3 things for our customers:
1. Operate faster on job sites, cutting down on billable hours
2. Load quicker so we're out the door and on-site sooner
3. Improve job quality because we can bring extra advanced equipment
The math is straightforward: Super Lawn Trucks save us at least 15 minutes per crew each day. Across 6 crews, the time adds up to over 547 hours of recovered productivity every year. That's overhead that stays out of our customers' invoices.
15 min/day × 1 year = 91+ productive hours saved per crew
Did You Know?
Regularly, professionally maintaining your irrigation system cuts costs. A single leaking rotor head loses roughly 1 gallon per minute; two faulty spray heads can lose about 2,800+ gallons per week. At commercial water rates, that's an extra $75–$150/month. Over a full irrigation season, this budget variance can add up to an extra $450–$900 in unplanned spend from just two heads.
Plus, when the problem surfaces, facilities and property managers can spend 3–5 hours coordinating the response. Between vendor calls, access coordination, and documentation, solving the emergency takes time.
Working with a professional crew enables properties to avoid reactive maintenance and all the costs that come with it.

Andy's Glimpse Beyond Landscaping
Pictured left to right: Emme, Andy, Drew, Alison, and Maddison Reynolds at Drew's Senior Night
Last month, our local newspaper featured Drew Reynolds when he broke the school record for career 3-pointers.
It's March. March means March Madness. Every year, the Reynolds family gets pumped when the competition rolls around.
March 2026 is extra special for a different reason. My son Drew, who's a high school senior this year, is competing in the Gold Ball state championship. Pretty proud dad over here.
Good luck to Drew and the team. 🏀 — Andy
